The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests: (posted Jan. 31)

HEATHER HUNTLEY, 23, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 7:35 p.m. the Huntley turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance that occurred with her mother, who received minor injuries during the dispute. The accused was given a court date of Jan. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. She was released on a $500 surety bond.

TRACI MARINO, 41, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 7:07 p.m. the Marino was arrested at 120 Warren Ave. on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance with her daughter that occurred on Jan. 8 at 6:17 p.m. The accused was fighting with her daughter who received minor injuries as a result. She was given a court date of Jan. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. She was released on a $500 surety bond.

ADAM TORRES, 20, of last known address 450 Hill St., Waterbury, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order: threatening or trespassing.

MCARTHUR WRIGHT, 25, of 109 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged with interfering with an officer.

On Jan. 28 at approximately 4:17 p.m. officers were assisting the state Department of Children and Families at 108 Spring St. Wright hampered the DCF investigation. The accused was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $500.

TONICHA SMITH, 29, of 43 School St., Naugatuck, was charged with interfering with an officer.

On Jan. 28 at approximately 4:17 p.m. Officers were assisting the state Department of Children and Families at 108 Spring St. Smith hampered the DCF investigation. The accused was given a court date of Feb. 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. She was released on a $500.

RAYMOND WRIGHT, 57, of 123-125 Central Street, Georgetown, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and hours of operators of motor vehicles with commercial registration or requiring a passenger endorsement or a passenger and school endorsement.

On Jan. 28 at approximately 6:48 p.m. a party notified the police department that she was following a tractor trailer driving south on Route 8. The caller stated the operator of the tractor trailer was driving erratically. The officer responded and pulled Wright over on Elm Street. During the investigation the officer determined that the accused was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was given a court date of Feb. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

ANTHONY WINTERS, 19, of 200 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

On Jan. 29 at approximately 02:36 a.m. Winters was stopped on School Street by Bridge Street. During the officer’s investigation it was determined that the accused was allegedly under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KENNETH MARTIN, 18, of 200 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

On Jan. 29 at approximately 02:44 a.m. Martin was the passenger of a vehicle where the operator was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Martin exited the vehicle and became “belligerent”. He repeatedly yelled and swore at the police interfering with their investigation. He was given a court date of Feb. 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JOHN PAULEY, 22, of 73 Country Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 2:24 a.m. officers were dispatched to 73 Country Hollow Road for a domestic disturbance. Pauley was fighting with his fiancée. Minor injuries were reported by the fiancée. He was given a court appearance of Jan. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond.

TAWNY POLESCHUK, 19, of 73 Country Hill road, Naugatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 2:24 a.m. officers were dispatched to 73 Country Hollow Road for a domestic disturbance. Poleschuk was fighting with her fiancée. She reported minor injuries. She was given a court appearance of Jan. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. She was released on a promise to appear.

SHANTE MARTINEZ, 18, OF 16 Hoadley St., Naugatuck was charged with burglary in the third degree, breach of peace and criminal trespassing in the third degree.

KEYRAH WILLIAMS, 20, of 268 North St., Ansonia, was charged with burglary in the third degree, breach of peace and criminal trespassing in the third degree.

SHANICE MARTINEZ, 18, of 16 Hoadley St., was charged with burglary in the third degree, breach of peace and criminal trespassing in the third degree.

SCOTT GROTYOHANN, 55, of 269 Wedgewood Drive, Naugatuck was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

On Jan. 31 at approximately 1:08 a.m. officers were dispatched to 361 Field St. for a vehicle stuck in a snow bank. Upon arrival they spoke to Grotyohann, who the officer determined was allegedly under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The accused was given a court date of Feb. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER NORTON, 36, of 120 Warren Ave., Naugatuck was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
