The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ROBERT SARRAZIEN, 50, of 7 Highland Circle, Naugatuck, was charged March 24 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 24 at approximately 9 p.m. Sarrazien was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint made on Feb. 15, 2014. Police reported Sarrazien stole a Samsung Galaxy SIII cell phone from the victim, who was an acquaintance. The phone was valued at $499. Sarrazien was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 cash bond.

MELISSA BOWLER, 47, of 80 White Birch Lane, Bethlehem, was charged March 25 with driving under the influence, improper hand signaling and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on March 25 at approximately 5:14 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bowler was operating under the influence of alcohol. Bowler was given a court date of April 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MARIANN VALLILLO, 48, of 8 Spring Road, Prospect, was charged March 26 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 26 at approximately 5:09 p.m. Vallillo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vallillo was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court set $2,500 cash bond.

STEPHANIE RIOS, 29, of 73 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged March 27 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on March 27 at approximately 9:30 p.m. Rios turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Rios was given a court date of April 10 to appear at Meriden Superior Court and released on a $50 court-set cash bond.

RONALD AVIZ, 39, of 48 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 28 with criminal violation of protective order.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 5:53 a.m. Aviz turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order. On March 19, 2014, police reported, Aviz entered the victim’s home in violation of a protective order. Aviz was given a court date of March 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000.00 cash bond.

DONALD CROOK, 22, of 231 Main St., Meriden, was charged March 28 with driving under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 12:39 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Crook was operating under the influence of alcohol. Crook was given a court date of April 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAVID MARTINOLI, 31, of 773 Heritage Village, Southbury, was charged March 28 with possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 4 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Mulberry Street. Police reported Martinoli was a passenger in the vehicle and found to be possession of 0.5 grams of crack cocaine. Martinoli was given a court date of April 9 to appear in Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RYAN YOTHER, 25, of 94 Cook Road, Prospect, was charged March 28 with fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 28 at 8:13 p.m. an officer responded to 153 Gorman St. for a larceny complaint. The victim left his cell phone at the register of Big Y, accidentally. Police reported Yother was in line behind the victim and took the phone from the store. Yother was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MARK HANSON, 33, of 247 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged March 28 with narcotics kept only in original container, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than a half ounce and driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 28 at approximately 9:33 p.m. an officer assisted a disabled motor vehicle on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hanson was in possession of marijuana and an Oxycodone pill. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Hanson was operating under the influence of alcohol. Hanson was given court dates of April 9 and April 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on $5,000 and $1,000 non-surety bonds.

MANDY STANGO, 38, of 90 Glenbrook Ave., Waterbury, was charged march 29 with third-degree forgery, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft.

Police reported on March 29 at approximately 7:37 p.m. Stango was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for larceny complaint made on Dec. 31, 2013. Police reported Stango stole the checkbook of the victim, who is a family member, and forged nine checks totaling $1,500 during the month of December 2013. Stango was given a court date of March 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 cash bond.

VICTOR LANGE, 49, of 45 Longwood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged March 29 with third-degree assault, threatening, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Police reported on March 29 at approximately 1:31 a.m. officers responded to 45 Longwood Drive for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Lange grabbed the victim and pinned her against a wall. Police reported Lange also grabbed at the victim’s neck and threatened to harm the victim. Lange was given a court date of March 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

RONALD LAGRAVE, 52, of 976 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 29 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 29 at approximately 4:52 p.m. officers responded to 976 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, LaGrave pushed the victim and punched four holes in a wall. LaGrave was given a court date of March 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

BARTOSZ SAMOJEDNY, 30, of 346 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 29 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on March 29 at approximately 5:23 p.m. officers responded to 346 Morning Dove Road for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Samojedny threw items around the home. When the victim attempted to call the police, Samojedny pulled the receiver base off the wall, police reported. Samojedny was given a court date of March 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JESUS GARCIA, 35, of 17 Hillside Road, Norwalk, was charged March 30 with driving under the influence, failure to carry license, evading and operation of motor vehicle without license.

Police reported on March 30 at approximately 2:25 a.m. officers responded to 1449 New Haven Road for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Garcia struck a parked vehicle in a driveway while attempting to back up. Garcia left the driveway and was stopped by an officer traveling south on New Haven Road, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Garcia was operating under the influence of alcohol. Garcia was given a court date of April 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

JERRY MCKOY, 52, of 76 Greer Circle, Milford, was charged March 30 with non-student in possession of drug paraphernalia near school, illegal sale of controlled substance by non-drug dependent person, possession controlled substance, non-student in possession of drugs near school or daycare and risk of injury to child.

Police reported on March 30 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 South. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined McKoy was in possession of a scale, a wire sifter, a razor and 0.24 ounces of crack cocaine and 17.1 grams of cocaine. There were children present as passengers during the motor vehicle investigation, police reported. McKoy was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $7,500 surety bond.
