The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

FELICIA SAMMARCO, 28, of 1 Brewery Square, New Haven, was charged Nov. 17 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 17 at approximately 4 p.m. Sammarco turned herself in on two active arrest warrants. One warrant was for an assault reported on Aug. 2, 2014 at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge. During an argument, police reported, Sammarco threw the victim to the ground and punched her. Sammarco and victim are acquaintances. Sammarco was given a court date of Nov. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond. Sammarco also turned herself in on an active arrest warrant out of New Haven, police reported. Sammarco was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at New Haven Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

STEVEN AYRES, 38, of 142 East Mountian Road, Waterbury, was charged Nov. 17 with driving under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast.

Police reported on Nov. 17 at approximately 12:36 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ayres was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ayres was given a court date of Dec. 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BENJAMIN RIVERA, 42, of no certain address, was charged Nov. 17 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 17 at approximately 7 p.m. Rivera turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Rivera was given a court date of Nov. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

THOMAS MATTHEWS, 56, of 111 Wooster St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct and second-degree violating condition of release.

Police reported on Nov. 17 at approximately 7:54 p.m. officers responded to 111 Wooster St. 7D for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Matthews threw the victim’s glasses and poured a litter box onto the floor. Matthews was given a court date of Nov. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 bond. Police reported Matthews entered the residence, and had contact with the victim, which was determined to be in violation of the conditions of release. He was given a court date of Nov. 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $15,000 surety bond.

LAUREN DEGENNARO, 29, of 1224 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 18 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 18 at approximately 8:35 p.m. officers responded to 1224 New Haven Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Degennaro struck the victim. Degennaro was given a court date of Nov. 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

NICHOLAS OLIVARES, 19, of 55 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 20 with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Nov. 20 at approximately 12:20 p.m. Olivares was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Oct. 4, 2014 at 55 Hoadley St. 2nd floor. Police reported the disturbance was between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Olivares threatened to hurt the victim and damaged a kitchen cabinet. Olivares was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROBERTO PEREIRA, 29, of 151 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 20 with possession of controlled substance.

Police reported on Nov. 20 at approximately 4:01 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on exit 28 of Route 8. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Pereira was in possession of 0.66 ounces of marijuana. Pereira was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

ERICA SCHWARTZ, 34, of 35 May St., Naugatuck was charged Nov. 20 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Nov. 20 at approximately 8:11 p.m. an officer responded to 35 May St. 2nd floor for an intoxicated person. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Schwartz was in the residence in violation of an active protective order. Schwartz was given a court date of Nov. 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JOSEPH THOMPSON, 21, of 22 Beacon View Drive, Fairfield, was charged Nov. 21 with conspiracy at credit card theft and conspiracy at sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 21 at approximately 6:34 a.m. Thompson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Thompson, with an accomplice, stole the victim’s credit card and made two fraudulent transactions, police reported. Thompson was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

ROBERT TESLA, 18, of 10 Windsor Place, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 22 with second-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Nov. 22 at approximately 12:31 a.m. officers responded to 1100 New Haven Road for a vandalism complaint. Tesla, with an accomplice, smeared food on the vehicle and scratched markings into the vehicle. Tesla was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW MERRITT, 18, of 28 Coen St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 22 with second-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief.

Police reported on Nov. 22 at approximately 12:31 a.m. officers responded to 1100 New Haven Road for a vandalism complaint. Merritt, with an accomplice, smeared food on the vehicle and scratched markings into the vehicle. Merritt was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

CONNIE VICENZI, 37, of 79 Chapman Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 22 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Nov. 22 at approximately 6:38 p.m. Vicenzi was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vicenzi was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $245 court-set cash bond.

ADAMSKI CELESTIN, 21, of 39 Hawthorne Ave., Derby, was charged Nov. 23 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 23 at approximately 12:38 a.m. Celestin was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Celestin was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

JOEL PACHECO, 27, of 38 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 23 at approximately 11:37 p.m. officers responded to 38 Highland Ave. Apt. 309 for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Pacheco damaged the victim’s cell phone. Pacheco was given a court date of Nov. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

NICOLE WRIGHT, 19, of 45 Briarwood Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 24 at approximately 5:53 p.m. Wright was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Wright was given a court date of Nov. 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $400 cash only bond.

NARQUISE FISHER, 23, of 109 Rosewood Ave., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 25 with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass.

Police reported on Nov. 25 Fisher was arrested on an active arrest warrant while he was at court. The warrant was for a burglary reported on July 16, 2014. Police reported Fisher entered the victim’s shed and stole a walk-behind mower valued at $191. Fisher was held for arraignment.

VICTOR BROWN, 54, of 170 Earle St., Hartford, was charged Nov. 25 with first-degree forgery, criminal attempt and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 25 Brown was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a fraudulent check complaint. On July 11, 2014 Brown attempted to cash a fake check at People’s Bank for the amount of $500 police reported. Brown was held for arraignment.

ANNA LASKOWSKA, 23, of 240 Myrtle St., Shelton, was charged Nov. 25 with breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Police reported on Nov. 25 at approximately 10:40 a.m. Laskowska turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassment complaint made on Oct. 4, 2014. Police reported Laskowska created a fake Craiglist ad using the victim’s information causing the victim to receive numerous text messages and phone calls. Laskowska was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

ADRIAN IRVING, 51, of 27 Woodstock St., Hartford, was charged Nov. 25 with third-degree forgery, criminal attempt and fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 25 Irving was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a fraudulent check complaint. Irving attempted to cash a fake payroll check at Ion Bank for the amount of $998.77, police reported. Irving was held for arraignment.

ANTONIO OLIVEIRA, 52, of 1657 South Main St., Waterbury, was charged Nov. 25 with driving under the influence, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked, failure to have stop lamps and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on Nov. 25 at approximately 12:18 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Oliveira was operating under the influence of alcohol. Oliveira was given a court date of Dec. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JOHN TERRY, 46, of 185 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 25 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 25 at approximately 7:47 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between family members. During an argument, police reported, Terry struck a juvenile residing in the home. Terry was given a court date of Nov. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

NICOLE REILLY, 26, of 106 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 25 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 25 at approximately 7:39 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Reilly stole $38.26 worth of clothing. Reilly was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

STEVE CARLOTO JR., 20, of 365 Catherine St., Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 26 with failure to respond to payable violation and first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Nov. 26 at approximately 12:31 a.m. Carloto was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Carloto was given a court date of Dec. 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court released on a $435 court-set cash bond and a $500 surety bond.

ROMAINE PATTERSON, 19, of 116 Quinn St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 26 with interfering with an officer.

Police reported on Nov. 26 at approximately 4:15 p.m. officers were securing a home for a search warrant that was being applied for. Patterson was in the home and was uncooperative, police reported. Patterson defied orders given by an officer on scene, police reported. Patterson was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

PAUL CARMODY, 53, of 73 Beacon Manor Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 27 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 27 at approximately 6:17 p.m. officers were dispatched to Beacon Manner Circle on a domestic dispute. Officers spoke with Carmody’s adult daughter who advised that she became involved in an argument with her father during which he hit her and knocked her to the ground, police reported. Carmody was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

NICHOLAS DONNANGOLO, 18, of 15 Talmadge Hill Road, Prospect, was charged Nov. 27 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Nov. 27 at about 9:30 p.m. officers were dispatched to Walmart on New Haven Road on a report of a shoplifting. Walmart security advised officers that he observed Donnangolo obtain an item in the electronics section and then removed the item from its packaging and then placed it into his jacket pocket, police reported. Donnangolo then exited the store with the item concealed and was detained outside the store, police reported. Donnangolo was given a court date of Dec. 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.
