NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck Historical Society is putting together an oral history of the Flood of 1955.

The society is seeking residents who remember the flood to share their stories for the 1955 Oral History Project: Memories of the Flood of August 1955.

Interviews will be conducted Aug. 11, Aug. 12 and Aug. 13. Anyone interested in participating in the project can call the society at (203) 729-9039 or sign up at the Naugatuck Senior Center, 300 Meadow St.
