The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

Luis Vazquez, 44, of 89 Weid Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 28 with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree sexual assault of the physically helpless.
Police reported on Aug. 28 at approximately 3:36 p.m. Vazquez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a sexual fondling complaint made on Aug. 9, 2017. Police reported Vazquez is a patient of a nursing home and fondled another patient of the facility. Police reported Vazquez entered the victim’s room and rubbed his genitals on her. Vazquez was given a court date of Aug. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.
James Giuliano, 36, of 135 Shawn Drive, Bristol, was charged Aug. 29 with unlawful entry into coin machine, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit with unlawful entry into coin machine and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Aug. 29 at approximately 10 p.m. Giuliano turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Aug. 19, 2017. Police reported Giuliano, with an accomplice, stole over $500 from a change machine and washing machines located in a laundromat. Giuliano was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
Randolph Lukos, 29, of 135 Shawn Drive, Bristol, was charged Aug. 29 with unlawful entry into coin machine, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit with unlawful entry into coin machine and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Aug. 29 at approximately 10 p.m. Lukos turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Aug. 19, 2017. Police reported Lukos, with an accomplice, stole over $500 from a change machine and washing machines located in a laundromat. Lukos was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
Claude Bergeron Jr., 37, of 206 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 29 with unlawful discharge of firearms, first-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Police reported on Aug. 29 at approximately 6:04 p.m. officers responded to Cherry Street for a report of gun shots and arguing. The parties were located upon the officers’ arrival and a handgun was found on scene. The investigation determined there was a domestic disturbance between brothers. During the altercation, police reported, Bergeron retrieved his brother’s firearm and discharged several shots into the air. The firearm was seized and they were taken into custody. Bergeron was given a court date of Aug. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on bond.
Gilbert Bergeron, 35, of 206 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 29 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Police reported on Aug. 29 at approximately 6:04 p.m. officers responded to Cherry Street for a report of gun shots and arguing. Ryan Alan Yother, 28, of 94 Cook Road, Prospect, was charged Aug. 31 with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer.
Police reported on Aug. 31 at approximately 11:38 p.m. officers responded to Field Street for a report of a male party attempting to steal a vehicle. Police reported Yother pushed the victim’s vehicle out of his driveway and down the road. A neighbor contacted the victim and informed him of the incident. The victim recovered his vehicle on Field Street, police reported. Police reported Yother was located seated in another vehicle on Conrad Street. When Yother saw the officer, police reported he ran but was located and stopped. Yother was given a court of Sept. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
Chelsey Bailey, 30, of 223 N. Litchfield St., Torrington, was charged Sept. 1 with sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on Sept. 1 Bailey was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on April 9, 2017 at Walmart. Police reported Bailey stole $96.24 worth of merchandise. When she was approached by asset protection, police reported, she fled from the store in a vehicle. Bailey was given a court date of Sept. 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.
Dijanna Barbino, 40, of 508 Echo Lake Road, Watertown, was charged Sept. 1 with second-degree harassment, breach of peace, interfering with an officer, conspiracy at second-degree harassment and conspiracy at breach of peace.
Police reported on Sept. 1 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Barbino turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing complaint made on Aug. 16, 2017. Police reported Barbino sent harassing messages to the victim, through a social media web site, after being advised by another party to do so. Barbino was given a court date of Sept. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
Thomas Galasso, 33, of 925 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged Sept. 1 with interfering with an officer, conspiracy at second-degree harassment and conspiracy at breach of peace.
Police reported on Sept. 1 at approximately 9:20 a.m. Galasso turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a harassing complaint made on Aug. 16, 2017. Police reported Galasso advised another party to send harassing messages to the victim, through a social media web site. Galasso was given a court date of Sept. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
Giorgio Desouza, 45, of 158 Maple St., Naugatuck, was charged Sept. 2 with weapons in vehicles, disorderly conduct, threatening and risk of injury to child.
Police reported on Sept. 2 at approximately 10:24 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Desouza grabbed the victim and also threatened to harm the victim while holding a knife. Police reported Desouza left the home but was located in the area in his vehicle. A machete was located by the officers’ in Desouza’s vehicle, police reported. There were children home during the altercation, police reported. Desouza was given a court date of Sept. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
